let the age of a A be 8x and age of B be 3x
after 6 years age of A =8x+6 and age of B=3x+6
8x+6/3x+6=9/4
4(8x+6)=9(3x+6)
32x+24=27x+54
32x-27x=54-24
5x=30
x=30/5
x=6
age of A =8×6=48
age of B=3×6=18
