Four years from now,


( 5X + 4). ( 7X +4)

$\frac{5x + 4}{7x + 4} = \frac{3}{4} \\ 4(5x + 4) = 3(7x + 4) \\ 20x + 16 = 21x + 12 \\ 20x - 21x = 12 - 16 \\ - x = - 4 \\ x = 4$

Hence age of Harry = 7×4 = 28.

Age of Hari = 5 ×4 = 20

Hence ages are 20 and 28 years respectively.
