Cross multiplication

9 ( 5x + 10 ) = 7 ( 7x + 10 )

45x + 90 = 49x + 70

45x - 49x = 70 - 90

—5x = -20

5x = 20

x = 20/5

x = 4

Leena’s age 7x = 7 × 4 = 28 years
