The ages of Jash and Jainam are in the ratio 7 : 9 . Four years from 0now the ratio of their ages will be 4 : 5. Find their present ages.

let Jash age=7A,

Jainam age=9A,

(7A+4)/(9A+4)=4/5,

35A+20=36A+16,

20-16=36A-35A,

then
A=4

therefore
Jash age=7×4=28 yrs,

Jainam age=9×4=36 yrs
