Turu = 8x
as the ratio is 5:8

four years ago let the age of
Nina = 4x
Turu = 7x
as their age ratio was 4:7

we can write it as

(5x - 4) + (8x-4) = 4x + 7x

=> 5x - 4 + 8x - 4 = 4x + 7x

=> 13x - 8 = 11x

=> 13x - 11x = 8

=> 2x = 8

=> x = 8/2

=> x = 4


so the present age of Ninu = 5×4 = 20 years
and present age of Turu = 8×4 = 32 years

And
Of Turu is = 8x

Before
4 years their ages were
Of Nina = 4x
And
Of Turu = 7x

According to question
=>( 5x-4) = 4x
And
=> (8x -4) = 7x

Now
By solving we get
5x-4x = 4
And
8x-7x= 4

=> X= 4

Hence
The present age of
Nina = 5×4 = 20 year
And Turu = 8×4 = 32 year
