let the age of pritam be x and Rahul be y

A/Q, 11/4=x/y

i.e, 4x-11y=0

15 years hence pritam will be x + 15

and Rahul will be y+15

x+15/y+15=2/1

i.e, x-2y=15

by elimination method

x=55

&y=20

therefore pritams age is 55 and that of Rahul is 20
