the ages of Rahul and Lakshmi are in the ratio 5 :7 ,4 years later the sum of their ages will be 56 what are their present age

Then,
Age of Rahul after 4 yrs=5x+4
Age of Lakshmi after 4 yrs=7x+4

Present age of Rahul=5×4=20 yrs
Present age of Laksmi=7×4=28 yrs
