Solving Question:

Let 'x' be their ages.Therefore the age of both will be 3x and 5x

5 years later,

their ages ,

(3x+5) and( 5x+5)

the sum of their ages will be 58 years

⇒ 3x+5+5x+5=58

Solution:

⇒ 3x+5+5x+5=58

or,  8x +10 = 58

or,  8x = 48

or, x = 6

Therefore the ages of them

⇒ 3x = 3*6 = 18 years

⇒ 5x = 5*6 = 30 years

Hence , the ages of Raj and Naren are 18 and 30 years respectively.
