∆ A's Age : 6 years 8 months = 80 months

∆ B's Age : 7 years 4 months = 88 months

∆ Ratio of their Ages is :

 \frac{88}{80}  =  \frac{11}{10}

Hence, the division of money is :

 \frac{11}{11 + 10} (3150) || \frac{10}{11 + 10}  (3150)

 = 1650 |1500

Hence, the sum was divided as Rs. 1650 and Rs.1500

First, convert ages into months

6 years and 7 months = 80 months
7  years and 4 months= 88 months

Ratio of ages= 80/88= 10/11

Total money= 3150

Share of boy A= (10/10+11)x 3150 = Rs. 1500

Share of boy B= (11/10+11) x 3150 = Rs. 1650
