1) Advertisements in the media, to generate awareness .
Media is known as the 5th pillar of democratic countries, almost every one is in contact with media via social networking, T.V, News papers etc. the advertisement in this media will definitely create a revolutionary impact in the youth or countries.
other options of advertisements are also helpful like posting of posters on public vehicles busses, trains, metros etc and installing hoardings in busy areas.
2)Statutory raising of marriageable age
female to 18 years and that of males to 21 years, to delay the number of births.
this will not only help in delaying the birth and decreasing the population but also the increased mature age is favourable for better health of young once born
