Answer:

Area of parallelogram = base ×altitude

ATQ,

Let the base be x

243cm=x * 1/3 x

243*3=x`2

729=x`2

x=27

So the corresponding altitude will be 27 cm.

Answer:

let the base be x

altitude will be x/3

area of parallelogram =base × altitude

a/a

base × altitude = wee sq. cm

x×x = x/3 = 243

x×x=243×3

x^2 = 729

x = 729

x =27

verifying

x × x/3 = 243

27 × 27/3= 243

27 ×9 = 243

243 = 243
