I assume by basses you mean the parallel sides.

Area of Trapezium = 1/2(Sum of Parallel sides) x h

105 = 1/2(14+7) x h

105 = 21/2 x h

Taking 21/2 to LHS we get

(105 x 2) / 21 = h

Therefore h = 10 cm

h^2/100 = 10^2/100

= 100/100 = 1
