question is wrong. 1 calorie is the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 g water from 14.5 degree Celsius to 15.5 degree Celsius.
you should not write 1 degree Celsius raise

The amount of heat required to raise the temperature of 1 kg of water through 1 degree celsius is known as specific heat.

The amount of substance should be 1 gram

The substance should be gas.

We know c=Q/mT

So if temperature rise is 1 degree Celsius and   mass is 1 gram

Hence Q that is heat is equal to specific heat of gas.

Now mass is 1 kg so Q=10^-3 kilo calories.
