The amount of petrol in a tank is twice of that in another tank. If we draw out 25 liters from the first and add it to the other the amount of petrol in both tanks will be the same. Find the amount of petrol in each tank now?

Hey ya dear...here is ur answer!!

●Amt. of petrol in 1st tank = 2x
●In 2nd tank. = x

●accr to the question
2x-25 = x+25
2x-x = 25+25
x = 50

◆so in the 2nd tank amt. of petrol = 50 litres
◆In 1st tank = 100 lires
