Hey MATE!

Let the amount of solute in our solution be x gm.

Therefore,

 \frac{7.5}{100}  =  \frac{x}{400}  \\  \\ x = 7.5 \times 4 = 30 \: gm
Hope it helps

Hey mate !!

Answer : Let solute = x

Amount of solution = 400 g

concentration = 7.5%

So,

x ÷400 × 100 = 7.5%

x × 4 = 7.5%

x = 7.5 × 4

x = 30

Solute = 30 g

Hope it helps you : )
