We are given the equations

x+y=0 ------- 1

y=0 ----------- 2

Angle of 1 can be calculated as follows :-

y=mx+c

y=-x

m_1=-1

Tan α = -1 ⇔ α = - 45°

Angle of 2 can be calculated as follows :-

y=0    ( this line implies that the ordinates of points on this line is 0)

m = 0

Tan β = 0 ⇔ β = 0°

∴ Angle between  x+y=0  and  y=0 is 0-(-45)° = 45°
