We see that BSDR also forms a quadrilateral

we know that S= 90 B=40 R=90

sum of all the angles of a quadrilateral are 360

therefore D+S+B+R=360

D=360-(S+B+R)

D= 360-( 90+40+90)

D= 360-220= 140

adjacent angles of a parallelogram are supplementary, therefore sum of angle D and angle C will be 180

hence D+C= 180

C= 180-D

C=180-140=40

Opposite angles of a parallelogram are equal, therefore

D=B=140 and

C=A= 40
