if the angle between two tangents of a circle is zero degree then the two tangents will superimpose on each other aur in simple words that two tangents will coincide

Tangent form Zero Angle Between Two Circles
Tangent is a straight line that touches the circle in only one particular point. If a circle intersect each other, and we have to draw tangents on both of the circle with a single line, then there is no way to form angle by the tangents on the circle. It must be zero angular value.
