We know that

A x B is perpendicular to both A and B

Hence

(A + B) .(A x B)

=A.( A x B) + B. ( A x B)

=0 +0

= 0

thus dot product of the given two vectors is zero means they are perpendicular i.e. Angle b/w them is 90 degree
