Step-by-step explanation:

Given :-

The angle of a supplementary to pair are in the ratio 3 : 2.

To find :-

Find the angles ?

Solution:-

Given that

The ratio of a supplementary angle to its pair = 3:2

Let they be 3X° and 2X°

Let the angle be 2X°

It's Supplementary angle be 3X°

We know that

The sum of two angles is 180° they are called Supplementary angles.

=>2X° + 3X° = 180°

=> 5X° = 180°

=>X° = 180°/5

=> X° = 36°

The angle = 2X° = 2(36°)=72°

It's supplementary angle = 180°-72° = 108°

or 3X° = 3(36°)=108°

Answer:-

The required angles are 72° and 108°

Used formulae:-

Supplementary Angles:-

  • The sum of two angles is 180° they are called Supplementary angles.
  • The supplementary angle of X° is (180-X)°

Answer:

108 degree and 72 degree

Step-by-step explanation:

sum of supplementary angles= 180 degree

let 1st angle be 3x and second angle be 2x

so, 3x+2x= 180

= 5x=180

x= 180/5

x= 36

3x= 3*36= 108

2x=2*36= 72
