Let the angle be 2x, 3x and 4x

2x+3x+4x =54 cm

9x = 54

x=54/9

x= 6

2x=2×6=12cm

3x=3×6=18cm

4x= 4×6=24cm

TO FIND :-

➠ Length of sides of triangle.

SOLUTION :-

✒ Let the ratio constant be x

∴ Sides of triangle = 2x , 3x , 4x.

Perimeter of triangle = 54 cm.

➫ Sum of all sides = 54 cm

➫ 2x + 3x + 4x = 54

➫ 9x = 54

➫ x = 54/9

x = 6

Hence value of x = 6 cm

◉ sides of triangle = 2 × 6 = 12 cm , 3 × 6 = 18 cm , 4 × 6 = 24 cm.

VERIFICATION :-

perimeter of triangle = 54 cm.

➫ Sum of all sides = 54 cm

➫ 2x + 3x + 4x = 54

➫ 12 + 18 + 24 = 54

➫ 54 = 54

L.H.S = R.H.S
