the angle of a triangle has 3x°,( 2 X + 20°) and( 5x-40°) find the angle hence show that the triangle is an equilateral triangle

Here is your answer,

Angle sum property of a triangle = 180°
3x° + 2x° + 20° + 5x° - 40° =180°
10x -20°=180°
10x° =180° + 20°
x = 200/10
x = 20

This angles are
3x = 3 x 20°
=60°
2x +20 = 2x20+20
= 40+20
=60°
5x-40=5x 20-40
=100-40
=60°

Since all the angles of triangle are equal, it is said as equilateral triangle.
60=60=60
