The angle of elevation of a jet fighter from point A on ground is 60°. After flying 10 seconds the angle changes
to 30. If jet is flying at speed of 648km/hr. find the constant height at which jet is flying.

Distance covered in 10 secs = 180 * 10 = 1800  m

Height at which flying = H  m

H/Tan30 - H/Tan60  = 1800

=> 3H - H = 1800√3

=> 2H = 1800√3

=> H = 900√3 = 1,558.8 m

the constant height at which the Jets flying = 900√3 = 1,558.8 m
