In Triangle PBC,

     tan 60 = BC/PB

         √3 = BC /15

         BC = 15 x √3

Now in triangle ABC,

tan 30 = AC/ BC

 1/√3 = AC / 15 √3

   AC = 15

Height of tower = 15 + 15 = 30

Distance between building and tower = BC = 15√3
