The height of tower is 86.6 m

Step-by-step explanation:

Distance between the point and the foot of tower = Base = 50 m

Angle of elevation = 60°

We are supposed to find the height of tower i.e. Perpendicular

So,Tan \theta = \frac{Perpendicular}{Base}

Tan 60^{\circ}=\frac{Height}{50}

\sqrt{3} \times 50 = Height

86.6 =Height

Hence The height of tower is 86.6 m
