Answer:

the distance of the point to ground is 52 m

angle of alevation is 45

height of tower =tanA=height of tower/distance of tower to the point on ground

tan 45= height of tower/52

1=height /52

so height of tower is 52 cm

Let the Height of the TOWER be h metres.

  • Distance of the Point of GROUND from the base of the TOWER is 52m.
  • Angle of elevation of top of the tower from the POINT is 45⁰.

So, In order to find the HEIGHT OF TOWER we must use the tan T-RATIO.

→ tan ∅ = H/52

→ tan 45⁰ = H/52

→ 1 = H/52

H = 52

Hence, The height of TOWER is 52 Metres.
