In triangle PMY
x=y (tan 45=1)
In triangle POX
tan 60 = y+40/x
√3x= y+40
√3y-y = 40 (x=y) y(√3-1)= 40 y= 40/√3 -1 y=20(√3+1) (put value of √3=1.732)so the answer is 54.64+40m = 94.64m...... [[[let the base QX be x and M is any point on PQ which is joint to Y such that MY is parallel to QX......and let PM be y]]]]
