X+ (2X +13)+(3X+10)+(X-6)=360°(Sum of all the angles of a quad.)
=7X +17=360°
=7X=360°-17
=7X=343
X=343/7
=49
Hope this answer will help you...

sum of angles of a quad = 360

=> x+(2x+13)+(3x+10)+(x-6)=360

=> 7x+17=360

=> 7x=343

=> x=49
I hope this will help you
