the angle of the triangle are in the ratio of 2:4:3 find the measure of the smallest angle

Anonymous: let the angles be 2x,4x and 3x
Anonymous: 2x+4x+3x= 180 degree
Anonymous: 9x=180 degree
Anonymous: x=180/9= 20degree
Anonymous: then subsitute
Anonymous: 2x= 2*20=40degree
Anonymous: 4x= 4*20= 80degree
Anonymous: 3x= 3*20= 60degree
Anonymous: therefore, the smallest angle is 40degree which is 2x'

we know that the sum of a triangle is 180 degree hear the ratio of angles are 2 is to 4 is to 3 ,angle be2 x 4 x and 3X .
now 2 X + 4 x + 3 X equals to 180 degree
so,9x=180°
x=20°

2x=40°
3x=60°
4x=80°
hence the measure of a smallest angle is 40 degree

Given,
The angles in ratio of 2:4:3
So, let the angles be 2x,4xand 3x
Then,
ATQ,
2x+3x+4x=180(angles sum property of a triangle)
9x=180
X=180/9
X=20
2x=2*20=40
3x=3*20=60
4x=4*20=80
Hence, the measure of the smallest angle is 40'
Hope you understand this abd liked my method its easy
