The angles are adjacent and form an angle of 140°. The smaller angle is 28° less than the larger. Find the angles​

sum of both angles is 140°

then the equation is

∴ x + x - 28° = 140°

   2x = 140°+ 28°

   2x = 168°

    x =  168°/2

    x = 84°

so the larger angle is 84° and smaller angle is 84°- 28° = 56°
