Given that,

the ratio of angles of quadrilateral =

2 :3 :5 : 8

let the angles be 2x , 3x , 5x , 8x.

Sum of the angles of quadrilaterals = 360

2x + 3x + 5x + 8x = 360

18x = 360

x = 360 / 18

x = 20

2x = 2 × 20 = 40

3x = 3 × 20 = 60

5x = 5 × 20 = 100

8x = 8 × 20 = 160

Therefore,

supplement of largest angle 160 = 180 - 160 = 20

complement of smallest angle 40 =

90 - 40 = 50

Sum of the supplement of largest angle and complement of smallest angle =

20 + 50 = 70

Therefore,

Sum of the supplement of largest angle and complement of smallest angle = 20 + 50 = 70.
