let the ratio be 3x, 5x, 9x  and 13x

as we know that the sum of angles of a quadrilateral is 360

Now,

3x+5x+9x+13x = 360

17x +13x = 360

30x = 360

x  = 360/30

x = 12

Now,

angles are :-

3*12 = 36

5*12 60

9*12= 108

13*12 = 156

i hope this will  help you
