Your fourth angle should be 15x.

We know that, the sum of the angles of a triangle is 360.

Let the angles be 5x, 6x, 10x and 15x.

5x + 6x + 10x + 15x = 360

36x = 360

x = 360/36 = 10

1st = 5x = 5×10 = 50

2nd = 6x = 6×10 = 60

3rd = 10x = 10×10 = 100

4th = 15x = 15×10 = 150
