Your fourth angle should be 15x.
We know that, the sum of the angles of a triangle is 360⁰.
Let the angles be 5x, 6x, 10x and 15x.
5x + 6x + 10x + 15x = 360⁰
36x = 360⁰
x = 360⁰/36 = 10⁰
1st = 5x = 5×10 = 50⁰
2nd = 6x = 6×10 = 60⁰
3rd = 10x = 10×10 = 100⁰
4th = 15x = 15×10 = 150⁰
