x=360/30

let the angle be x
5x + 7x + 7x + 11x = 360
30x = 360
x = 360/30
∴x = 12°
the measure of first angle : 5x
5*12 = 60°
the measure of second angle : 7x
7*12 = 84°
the measure of third angle : 7x
7*12 = 84°
the measure of fourth angle : 11x
11*12 = 132°
