Ans: Let the angles be 1x, 3x, 7x, 9x respectively

1x + 3x + 7x + 9x = 360o [ since sum of all angles = 360o]

=>20x = 360

=> x = 360 /20 = 18

Therefore the angles are 18o, 54o, 126o, 162o respectively.

The described quadrilateral is a trapezium because the measure of all angles is different.

The above quadrilateral is not a parallelogram because in the case of a parallelogram the opposite angles are equal, which is not the case in this quadrilateral.
