The angles of a triangle are arranged in ascending order of magnitude. If
the difference between any two consecutive angles is 50°, find the three
angles.

ANSWER

Let one angle of a triangle be x.

Second angle will be x+10.

Third angle will be x+20.

Using theorem, Sum of interior angles of a triangle is 180 °.

Hence ∠A+∠B+∠C=180 °.

⇒x+x+10+x+20=180 °

⇒3x+30=180 °.

⇒x=50 °.

∴ Angles are 50 ° ,60° ,70 °.
