Given :-

  • The angle of a triangle are arranged in ascending order of magnitude.

  • The difference between two consecutive angle is 10°.

To find :-

  • The three angles.

Solution :-

Let x , (x + 10°) and (x + 20°) be the consecutive angle differ by 10°.

We know that,

sum of all angles of triangle is 180°

According to the question,

x + (x + 10°) + (x + 20°) = 180

x + x + 10° + x + 20° = 180

3x + 30° = 180°

3x = 180° - 30°

3x = 150°

x = \rm\cancel\dfrac{150}{3}

x = 50°

Now, we have,

  • x = 50°

  • x + 10 = 50 + 10 = 60°.

  • x + 20 = 50 + 20 = 70°

Hence,the three angles will be 50° , 60° , 70°
