Given :

  • Angles of a triangle are in the ratio of 2 : 3 : 4

To Find :

  • All the angles of the triangle.

Solution :

The angles Angles of a triangle are in the ratio of 2 : 3 : 4

So we can take 2 : 3 : 4 as 2x, 3x, 4x

We know, sum of angles in triangle = 180°

⇒ 2x + 3x + 4x = 180°

⇒ 9x = 180°

⇒ x = 180 / 9

⇒ x = 20

Now the value of x is 20

So, All the angles of the triangle are,

2x = 2 × 20 = 40

3x = 3 × 20 = 60

4x = 4 × 20 = 80

•°• So, All the angles of the triangle are 40, 60 and 80.
