Step-by-step explanation:
draw a triangle abd in which c and d are boat
bcz of angle of depression the alternative property ..
in ∆abc ,ab=h,bc=x.
by applying trigonometry
ab/bc=tan45
h/x=1
h=x
in∆abd
ab/bd=tan30
put the assuming value
h/200+x=1/√3
Cross multiply them
we get,√3h =200+h
√3h-h=200
common h
h(√3+1)=200
h=200/√3-1.
