Let x be the common multiple of angles

3x + 5x + 9x + x = 360
18x = 360
x = 20
Angles are 60°,100°,180°,20°
Smallest angle = 20°
Second largest angle = 100°
Sum of these two = 120°
2/3 of 120° = 2/3*120°
=80°
