Theory :-

Angular momentum = L = mvr = mr²ω

As v = rω

Kinetic energy of rotation = K.Eᵣ = (1/2)Iω²

Here, m = mass of the object

v = linear velocity of the object

ω = angular velocity of the object

I = moment of inertia

r = radius of curvature of the path

Solution :-

Using the given formulas

L = mr²ω = 24 kgm²s⁻¹ ------------(1)

K.Eᵣ = (1/2)Iω² = 300 kgm²s⁻² (J) ------------(2)

I think its an incomplete question as if type of body has to be given so that we can change I in terms of mr² and then solve further.

You pls check the source of question and then put the values and get the answer as theory I already had explained.
