Answer: we know that =

[Angular displacement]/[time] = speed { obviously angular }

Now, the minute hand completes one complete rotation in 60 minutes .So in 60 minutes angular displacement is = 360°

=> ¥ = [ 360° ]/[ 60*60 ]

¥ = 0.1°/sec

Note: ¥ here means angular speed.
