Let the numbers be x, x+2, x+4 :-

x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 48

3x + 6 = 48

3x = 48 - 6

3x = 42

x =  \frac{42}{3}

x = 14

So the numbers are :-

x = 14,

x+2 = 16,

x+4 = 18.

Sum of three even integers is 48

so, lets take the first even integer as x

the next integers will be x + 2 and x + 4

So,

x + x + 2 + x + 4 = 48

3x + 6 = 48

3x = 48 - 6

3x = 42

x = 42/3

x = 14

So, three integers are 14, 16 and 18
