according to a^3-b^3 =(a+b)(a^2-ab+b^2)

x^3-y^3=x+y(x^2-xy+y^2)

            =2(x^2-xy+y^2)

            =(4x^2-2xy+4y^2)

             =( 2x-2y)^2

substitute in this and get answer
