@ due to the metal spoon the tea get cool because as the some part of the tea spoon it in contact with the atmospher and the T: of atmosphere is less then the metal spoon so heat flows form high to low so the heat tea gets into the atmospher indirectly so this was the phenomena
b) as the is a tin paper which stops the contact of tea with atmosphere and hence there is only a bit change
