\huge\mathfrak\pink{Given:-}

  • The length of the aquarium is 45 Cm.
  • The width of the aquarium is 25 Cm.
  • The height of the aquarium is 25 C.
  • Contain 19 litres of water.

\huge\green{To  \: find :-}

  • Height of an empty part of the aquarium.

\huge\mathfrak\red{Let  \: us  \: assume : }

  • Empty height of the aquarium be x
  • 19litre=19000cm³ because 1 litre = 1000cm³

\huge\mathfrak\blue{solution:-}

Volume of aquarium = length×width×height

volume of aquarium = 45cm×25cm×25cm

volume of aquarium = 28125cm³

[volume of empty part of aquarium + volume of water in the aquarium=total volume of aquarium]

(45cm×25cm× Xcm+19000cm³=28125cm³

1125x cm³=28125cm³-19000cm³

1125x cm³=9125cm³

x =  \frac{9125 {cm}^{3} }{1125 {cm}^{3} }

x = 8.1

Empty height of the aquarium is8.1

[Thanks]
