The aquatic animals can breathe under water because due to the presence of dissolved oxygen in water. So why we can't breathe under water ?​

The aquatic animals can breathe under water because due to the presence of dissolved oxygen in water. we cannot breathe in underwater because we breathe through nose and fish breathe through gills.
