Step-by-step explanation:

area enclosed= 346.5 cm2

radius of inner be r

radius of outer be R

given, 2πr = 88

r = 44/π

so....area of inner = πr^2 = 1936/π

area of bigger = inner + ring = 962.747 cm2

or......... πR^2 = 962.747

R= 17.5 cm

so...... c) is correct
