Solution:

If we fold it , we will get cuboid of Dimensions

6 x 3x 2

l =6

b = 3

h = 2

Surface area of cuboid = 2(lb + bh + lh)

= 2(6 * 3 + 3 * 2 + 6 * 2)

= 2(18 + 6 + 12)

= 2(36)

= 72  cm²

≈70 cm²

Another method  :

find the area of each rectangle and ADD

6 x 2 + 3* 2  + 6 * 3  + 3 * 2 + 6 * 2 +6 * 3

= 12 + 6  + 18 +6 + 12 + 18

= 72 cm²

≈ 70 cm²
