Generally Area of a square whose side is S is S*S,
and also Perimeter of a square whose side is S is 4*S,
and also Perimeter of rectangle whose length is l and breadth is b is 2(l+b),
and also Area of Rectangle whose length is l and breadth is b is l*b

Given that Area of square = 49 cm²,
=> Side of Square = √49 cm = 7 cm,

Perimeter of the square = 4*7 cm = 28 cm,

Also Given that Perimeter of Square = Perimeter of Rectangle,
Let breadth of Rectangle be b,

=> 28 = 2(9.3+b)
=> 14 = 9.3 + b,
=> 4.7 cm = b, This is breadth ,

Area of Rectangle = 4.7 * 9.3 cm² = 43.71 cm², Which is less than area of square,

So therefore breadth of rectangle = 4.7 cm and Area of rectangle is less than area of square,

Hope you understand, Have a Great Day !
